The following terms outline the agreement between myself (Tabitha MacCurrach-Paine) and the client when booking wedding hair services. By securing your booking with the required pre-payment, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

 

Securing Your Wedding Date

A non-refundable pre-payment of £80 is required to secure your wedding booking. This payment will be deducted from your final balance.

Your wedding date is confirmed only once both the completed booking form and the pre-payment have been received.

 

Payments

​

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.

​

The final balance for your wedding hair services is due at least six weeks before your wedding date.

​

Trials are arranged separately from the wedding booking and must be paid for in advance or at the time of the appointment via bank transfer.

 

Responsibility of the Client

​

The client must inform me of any circumstances that may affect the use of products or equipment. This includes allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.

​

It is also the client's responsibility to inform me of any reactions so that adjustments can be made ahead of the event, if necessary.

 

Responsibility of the Hair Stylist

​

I am is responsible for arriving at the agreed location at the agreed time, as specified by you, the client.

 

I will also provide all products and tools required to carry out the agreed-upon services, unless otherwise stated (for example, hair extensions).

 

Only the services outlined and agreed upon at the time of booking will be provided unless additional services have been arranged and paid for in advance.

Cancellations

 

If you choose or need to cancel your booking:

 

• More than 16 weeks before the wedding: your £80 pre-payment will be retained, and no further payment will be required.

• Between 16 and 10 weeks before the wedding: 50% of the remaining balance will be required.

• Within 10 weeks of the wedding date: the full outstanding balance will be required.

 

All cancellations must be received in writing via email or letter.

 

Extenuating circumstances will always be considered at my discretion.

 

Trials

 

Trials are arranged separately from the wedding booking and must be paid for in advance or on the day of the appointment via bank transfer.

 

Trials may be rearranged subject to weekday availability. However, a trial cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the agreed rate.

 

A trial may be rescheduled up to two times.

 

Please remember that your wedding date is not secured until the booking form is completed and the pre-payment is received.

 

Travel Expenses

 

Travel is charged at £0.70 per mile from HR4 8SF, based on the postcode provided for the agreed location. Parking and toll charges will also be added where applicable.

 

Destination weddings or bookings requiring an overnight stay within the UK will be arranged on an individual basis.
